- EVROS is one of the leading and prosperous distribution companies in the field of perfumery and cosmetics that has been on the Bulgarian market since 1992.
- In 2000 we entered the construction and real estate business by purchasing land in industrial areas of big Bulgarian cities and constructing own buildings. Part of them used for company logistics and the rest leasing out to other companies. (More thoroughly presented later in the presentation)

Evros KiP has company owned offices and warehouses in the country:

- Sofia– 900 sq.m
- Russe – 500sq.m
- In the other four logistic centers we rent offices and warehouses
- We plan construction of 2 other office buildings with warehouses in the next 3 years where we already have purchased land with area as follows:Varna– 3000 sq.m and Veliko Turnovo- 2500 sq.m.
In order to cover the whole market we have offices and warehouses in 8 Bulgarian cities –Sofia,Plovdiv,Varna, Bourgas,Stara Zagora, Russe, Veliko Turnovo and Blagoevgrad

- Market situation and development plan for 2011.
- The financial crisis and the entrance of international players – Carrefour (2009) and Lidl (2010) on the local market, as well as the fast pace of growth of Kaufland, BILLA, Metro, Piccadilly etc. restructured the market inBulgariaentirely. In the last few months the market share of the chains for fast moving goods reached about 40% and this percentage is growing constantly. As a result, the number of smaller stores is progressively decreasing because many of them go bankrupt.
- Taking into consideration the market situation and our excellent relationships with the international chains, Evros KiP will direct its efforts and investments in developing world famous brands from the cosmetics&perfumery and food industry on the Bulgarian market. For this purpose we have all the resources necessary – excellent distribution network, perfect relationships with the national and international chains, marketing support from our suppliers, excellent credit rating and outstanding management etc. Our main goal is to achieve 50% growth by adding new brands to our portfolio in 2011.
